HARLEM PRIDE
Mission
The purpose of Harlem Pride is to promote Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride in Harlem and to provide opportunities for networking and communication among its LGBT Organizations and community members. The scope and vision of Harlem Pride is that it will be an annual festival event held in the "Harlem Gayborhood". The "Harlem Gayborhood" is the area of 119th Street between St. Nicholas and Fifth Avenues. Each year, we expect the event to expand and become the essential vehicle for Harlem residents and associates to celebrate their LGBT Community and Pride. This will include community outreach programs, services, and events. |
