Miss Maude's Spoonbread Too
You'll love the Southern, down-home cooking at this cheerful, inexpensive Harlem restaurant. Owner, caterer and cookbook author, Norma Jean Darden, named the restaurant after her Aunt Maude. Meals begin with a basket of hot, corn bread and are served southern style with your choice of sides, like homemade candied yams, collard greens, or macaroni and cheese.
