Harlem One Stop is pleased to introduce New and Exciting Education Tours that are aligned with the NYC DOE standards and include teacher resources with pre and post tour activities to enhance the learning experience.

HarlemOneStop.org is a cultural tourism initiative. We provide historical tours for the Upper Manhattan area (Central Harlem, El Barrio, Manhattanville, Morningside Heights, Washington Heights/Inwood, and West Harlem/Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill).

As community based organizations, Harlem One Stop and its cultural collaborative partners strive to introduce the mysteries and rich history of upper Manhattan through programming, guided or independent exploration.

Harlem neighborhoods are rich in culture, history, architecture and the arts. A guided walk through any one of Harlem’s neighborhoods brings to life what is taught in the classroom. Students are able to see where the people who shaped Harlem lived, worked and played. We consider these neighborhoods to be an extension of the classroom.

Harlem One Stop Education Tours invites teachers and student group tour operators to take advantage of this unique learning experience. You may select accompanying workshops to further enhance the learning experience.

Below are education tours we currently offer. Customized tours are also available on request.
