Los Pleneros de la 21 are proud and excited to announce the return of the Bomba and Plena Community Workshops. Entering our 28th year of this program - a space to educate, cultivate and foster the youth; the future leaders and talents of Bomba and Plena.

Every Saturday, starting October 21st in El Barrio, children and youth of all ages (10 months up to 13 years old), are welcomed with their parents and familias, to engage in dynamic movement/dance, percussion/drumming, singing and performance and other creative arts expressions. Class activities are age appropriate teach all participants how to embrace these cultural expressions as part of their own voices
