CCNY Unveils Community Art Gallery November 14

City College of New York
Dubbed “Windows on Amsterdam,” the new gallery is located in CCNY’s North Academic Center (NAC) plaza, at Amsterdam Avenue by West 136th Street. It will be made available to local artists and will also present college exhibits.
Loft Arts Productions Presents: Salim Washington l The Uptown Tea Series

Y'All of NYC features the Salim Washington Trio will perform recent compositions on tenor saxophone, flute and oboe, accompanied by bass and drums. Dr. Washington, co-author of Clawing at the Limits of Cool on the music of Coltrane and Miles, will discuss “Writing about jazz and how it impacts my music”.
