The National Jazz Museum in Harlem invites you to Move and Groove for a 60-minute vinyasa flow yoga set to live jazz. We are excited to continue with our winter season and bring this signature experience to you.
This carefully curated sequence seamlessly unites mind and body with skillful postures and mindful breathing that flow towards deep relaxation.
Join us on Saturday, February 10th at 10am will feature certified Yoga Instructor Courtney Liddell and live music accompaniment by pianist Kelly Green.
We are asking for a $20 donation to support our wellness programming.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Courtney Liddell is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and a sound healer. She began teaching in 2014, with a mission to share the benefits of yoga with a more diverse population. Her goal is to help people develop a yoga practice regardless of age, income, ethnicity, or body type.Her teaching experience includes the Harlem YMCA, Asali Yoga, Bronx Settlement Community Center, The National Jazz Museum in Harlem and GrassROOTS Community Foundation.
