Health Matters in Harlem is an ongoing wellness series held at the New Amsterdam Musical Association (NAMA).
This community-focused program brings together health professionals, educators, and residents for interactive sessions on nutrition, fitness, mental health, and holistic living.
Sessions typically take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and are open to all.
Admission is free with RSVP.
In-person sessions are held at NAMA, with select dates also offering optional online access for additional participation. Advance registration is encouraged.
