The Harlem Business Alliance (HBA), founded in 1980, has worked diligently to establish Harlem as an economically self-sustaining community. Over the years the HBA has developed viable, cohesive partnerships with private, public and government entities to assist existing and emerging businesses, community residents and youth. The organization serves as an advocate for the preservation and growth of Harlem's business community.
