Enjoy a unique date-night experience designed for parents and their little ones at Couples Yoga & Mia's Messy Minis, taking place at Harlem Yoga Studio on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Presented by Hope Asana and Mia's Messy Minis, this special event combines a couples yoga session with supervised children's play, allowing parents to reconnect while their little ones enjoy a fun, engaging experience in a separate room.

While couples participate in yoga together, children ages 1-5 can explore supervised play activities led by Mia's Messy Minis. The experience offers families an opportunity to enjoy quality time, movement, and connection in a welcoming Harlem setting.

Admission is $150 for a couple and one child, with an additional $20 for each extra child. The event begins at 4:15 PM and concludes at 5:30 PM.
