Samuel grew up in Paris, France where restaurants were a family business. He moved to the US to pursue a dancing career and ended up with a primary role in the off-Broadway hit, "De La Guarda", in addition to other Broadway hit productions. A creative mind, he always stayed connected to his deeply-rooted passion for the art of French food.
