Build confidence and practical self-defense skills in this four-week training series designed for femme, queer, and trans community members. Led by instructor Mikki Ma'at, participants will learn vigilance and evasion techniques, disarming methods, physical defense skills, and somatic practices. Classes take place outdoors at St. Nicholas Park, with a meetup at the 135th Street station before each session.
